DAMAGED OR BROKEN PRODUCTS
If you receive your package in a damaged or broken condition, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

- Mention the issue while accepting the delivery from the courier partner
- The product must be unused and in its original condition

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you receive a defective product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Share images of the product for verification
- The product must be unused and in original packaging
Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup. After receiving and inspecting the product at our facility, we will initiate a refund or replacement accordingly.
TASTE PREFERENCE
Taste is subjective and may vary from person to person. We do not accept returns or provide refunds if you do not like the taste of the tea.
REFUND PROCESS

- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
