At Itra International, we ensure that every product is carefully packed and delivered with quality assurance. Please read our return policy carefully.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged or broken during delivery
- The product is defective
To be eligible for a return:
- You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging
- You must provide clear images of the product and packaging for verification

DAMAGED OR BROKEN PRODUCTS
If you receive a damaged or broken product:
- Inform us within 24 hours
- Share images of the damaged carton and product
- Mention the issue while accepting delivery from the courier
Once verified, we will arrange a reverse pickup.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you receive a defective product:
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
- Share images for verification
- Ensure the product is unused and in original condition
After approval, the product will be reverse picked up and further action will be taken.
NON-RETURNABLE CASES
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- If you do not like the taste of the tea
- If the product has been used or opened
- If the request is made after 24 hours of delivery
RETURN PROCESS
- Submit your request via email with images
- Our team will review and approve the return
- Reverse pickup will be arranged (if applicable)
- After inspection, refund or replacement will be processed as per policy
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Returned products must be in original condition with packaging intact
- Itra International reserves the right to reject returns after inspection if conditions are not met
